We are a lively society with many links to Ravenna and an interest in Italy  generally. You should consider joining us if you would like to:

• Meet others who have an interest in Italy and things Italian
• Learn and practise the Italian language
• Find out more about the customs, history, art and culture of Italy
• Contribute to our twinning association through your membership and support
• Simply enjoy stimulating talks and presentations given by a variety of great speakers in an informal atmosphere, followed by a glass of wine and bruschette (Italian snacks)

Members receive:

•  An annual programme booklet
• “Flyers” to provide details of the upcoming events
• A Quarterly magazine of news relating to the society, entitled “Gemelli”, meaning “Twins” in Italian
• A reduced admission rate to the monthly meetings compared to non-members or guest visitors

Other  activities include the opportunity to:

• The opportunity to take part in biennial exchange visits with our Italian friends from Ravenna
• Take part in the social events both during the Ravenna exchange and at other times during the year
• The option to join a small Italian conversation group
• Attend the annual dinner
• Take part in the AGM.
